How to Enter

Register to attend the Level Up Your CSR Program — Engage Your Customers Webinar on May 4, 2022. Each registrant will automatically receive one entry in the Sweepstake.

 

Official Sweepstake Rules

1. Eligibility. No purchase necessary. Open to legal residents of the United States and Canada. Void where prohibited by law. All applicable federal, state, provincial and local laws apply.

2. Entry procedure. In order to be eligible, you must register to attend the Level Up Your CSR Program — Engage Your Customers Webinar on May 4, 2022, on or before May 4, 2022, at 11:00 a.m. Mountain Daylight Time (“MDT”). No other entry method will be accepted. Each person may only register one time. Entries generated by script, macro or other automated means are void, as are entries that are illegible, garbled, incomplete, discriminatory, offensive or that contain errors or objectionable content, as determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion. Normal time, toll, connection and usage rates, if any, charged by your Internet service provider may apply for your use of the registration site. You agree that the Sponsor may, at any time, disqualify you from the Sweepstake at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. The Sponsor may cancel the Sweepstake at any time in its sole discretion.

3. Sponsor. This Sweepstake is sponsored by Benevity, Inc., located at 700, 611 Meredith Road NE Calgary, AB, Canada.

4. Prize. Ten (10) prizes of Nintendo Game & Watch: Super Mario Bros. Systems, each with an approximate retail value of CA$69.99.

5. Sweepstake Period. The Sweepstake starts on Tuesday, April 12, 2022, at 11:00 a.m. Mountain Daylight Time (“MDT”) and ends on Wednesday, May 4, 2022, at 11:00 a.m. MDT (the “Sweepstake Period”), after which time the Sweepstake will be closed and no further entries shall be accepted. After May 4, 2022, at 11:00 a.m. MDT, the Sweepstake can be extended or canceled, at the Sponsor’s sole discretion.

6. Winner Selection. An online username generator will be used to randomly select ten (10) winners from all registrants of the Level Up Your CSR Program — Engage Your Customers Webinar on May 4, 2022, during the Sweepstake Period.

7. Notification. The ten (10) entrants whose names are drawn will be notified by email provided in the registration form on May 6, 2022.

8. Odds. The odds of winning are dependent on the number of entries.

9. License. By participating in the Sweepstake, you grant the Sponsor the right to use, reproduce, display (publicly or otherwise), publish or distribute any images, data or other information you submit as part of your entry for any marketing material or other related purposes.

10. Release. By participating in the Sweepstake, you agree to release the Sponsor, its affiliates and its and their directors, officers and employees from any claims or liability arising from participation in the Sweepstake.

11. Winners List. A list of winners may be obtained by sending a stamped, self-addressed envelope to Kennedy Lukey, at Benevity, Inc. 700, 611 Meredith Road NE Calgary, AB, T2E 2W5 Canada no later than July 6, 2022.
